Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of ability - including beginners. Movement will be connected to each breath which enables us to build strength in our bodies and minds.

PRICES

£8 for your first class

£12 for a drop-in class

£60 for a 6 CLASS pass (valid for two months)

£115 for a 12 CLASS pass (valid for four months)

I also offer 1-1 classes: £50 for 1 hour
